	Margaret House Cottage is situated on a picturesque 7 acre (2.5 hectares) treed pasture property in Margaret River, Western Australia. Perfectly situated 2.5 km from the Margaret River town centre, you get all the pleasures of living on a small farm style property yet the convenience of being close to all the amenities and attractions. Cape Mentelle Vineyards are only 300 metres away, and provide a good starting point for your comprehensive wine tasting adventure. For a more active time, the magnificent 18 hole grass green golf course is only 4 km away and the surfing and swimming beaches are 6 km away. Stroll around the fragrant native gardens on the property that attract an abundance of bird life or sit on the verandah and watch the sheep and kangaroos in the paddock.
	You will always be entertained by the Guinea Fowl and chickens roaming freely. Bike trails and walking trails pass along the boundaries of the homestead and will take you directly to the beach or into town. This is the perfect getaway for couples who want to be alone with each other and nature. You can sit up in bed to look out over the paddock and watch the birds and kangaroos or take in the views of the trees blowing in the wind. The cottage is fully self contained.
