	The Studio is temporarily not running and will be available again from March 2010. Nestled in a fragrant native garden that attracts an abundance of bird life, Margaret House is a charming stopover from which to base your Southwest adventure holiday. Situated on a picturesque 7 acre (2.5 hectares) treed pasture property in Margaret River, Western Australia. Just 4 km from a magnificent 18 hole grass green golf course, 6 km from the beach and only 2.5 km from the Margaret River town centre. The Studio is a quaint cottage surrounded by native gardens and a wide open verandah. In the morning, you can have breakfast out on the sundeck surrounded by native birds and flowers.
	In the evening you can enjoy sitting on the sundeck while reading a book and sipping on a glass of wine, accompanied by a platter of Margaret River cheeses and chocolates. You will be entertained by the honey eaters darting around the beautiful flowering grevillias and splashing in your birdbath. Enjoy the view from the verandah or stroll around the fragrant native gardens. Take in the tranquility of the the sheep and kangaroos in the paddock or the wild antics of the Guinea Fowl as they chase each other around the garden. The chickens also roam freely around the grounds. A short walk in any direction will allow you to see alpacas, cows, horses and other farming animals. Most will come to their fence to greet you.
