Margaret House's Beach House and Apartment has a total of four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 spas.
We can set the house up perfectly for just a couple or for small groups. You only need to pay for what you need.
The ten minute drive to the Margaret River townsite will take you past the golf course and Cape Mentelle winery. You are also close to many other popular attractions.
Only a short walk to pristine beaches, surfing, cafes and a convenience store that has one of the best wine selections in the area.
Relax and enjoy sunsets over peppermint trees.
The main Beach House consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom offers superb luxury for a couple. Situated on the ground floor with a private courtyard area leading off the master bedroom giving even more personal space to sit and read or to enjoy a coffee.
The large ensuite bathroom includes a magnificant spa bath perfect for couples.
Bedroom 2 features a King Sized bed, sofa, TV and writing desk and spectacular views of the Leeuwin Ridge and also looks down onto the landscaped courtyard area which is perfectly set up for outdoor entertaining.
The outdoor living areas are superb with native gardens that attract an abundance of birdlife to watch while enjoying a BBQ and a glass of wine.

The gourmet kitchen kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to prepare anything from a four course meal for 8 to a quick snack.
A large living area with huge sofas and a surround sound entertainment unit provide a relaxing area to sit and read or enjoy a movie.
The second floor of the Beach House contains two king sized bedrooms (6.5m x 6m) and a bathroom.
This allows us to cater for three couples or families.
